Litter Tray (With Lid & Scoop)

The lid keeps litter in and smell down, which is why covered trays suit flats and small rooms. Not every cat agrees, though: some dislike an enclosed space they cannot see out of, and a cat that starts going elsewhere may be objecting to the roof rather than the litter.
